Only 2 days remaining for Bulgarian investment citizenship applications for customers from Asia

In line with the decision of the Bulgarian Parliament to have its last session on 05.03.2021, we remind our valued clients from the following countries that the deadline for submitting applications for investment citizenship under the preferential conditions is 28.02.2021.

Below are the eligible countries, citizens of which can apply (and the relevant remaining slots for each country):

• China – 2 slots;
• Hong Kong (HKSAR) – 1 slot;
• Hong Kong (BNO) – 1 slot;
• India – 1 slot;
• Republic of Korea – 1 slot;

How to apply

To apply, please send email to applyasia@bglaw.eu before 23:59h (Bulgarian time) on 28.02.2021. All emails will be handled on fist-come-first-serve basis according to the remaining slots by country. No further applications for citizens of the above countries will be accepted after the deadline.
